*Products lost or damaged in the mail (the postal service will be responsible once the package has been shipped from our possession and you will need to file a report directly with them)
*Products marked 'Delivered' by the post office (you will need to check your local postal office to obtain information regarding the whereabouts of your package)
*The shipping address given by the customer being incorrect (buyer is responsible for filling in the correct shipping information at checkout)
*The buyer choosing an incorrect size—please be sure to select the correct size upon ordering
*The washing/drying instructions on the clothing item's tag/listing not being followed causing the garment to be damaged.
*Any damages to the merchandise caused by buyer when tearing open/cutting open package
